SAMPLES POLICY

We highly recommend that you see actual samples prior to ordering a product, provided time allows. This gives you the opportunity of examining and comparing products, checking sizes and colors first hand.

shipping samples:
Samples are shipped direct from our factories.
Most factories require that you pay the cost of shipping, because they fill hundreds of sample orders a week, and the cost is enormous.

Your Fed Express or UPS number is required, and if time allows, we request 2nd or 3rd day delivery to get the lowest rate. Your shipper number is kept secure. We cannot bill you for shipping samples - your shipper account number is required.

Our factories will not send samples through the mail, because their shipping departments are only set up with carriers that provide package pick up, tracking, insurance and guaranteed delivery dates.

sample cost:
Most samples can be returned within a 21 day period, or you are billed for them. Some samples, depending on the product and manufacturer's policy, are not returnable, but we always try to keep your cost as low as possible. Non-retunable samples are billed at MSRP plus a handling fee of $18.50 per order.

returning samples:
In order to receive credit for returned samples, you must be return them in their original condition with tags attached and boxes with all packing materials included, so save everything. After you have received a sample order, we will let you know when it must be returned, along with complete return instructions.

We order samples for customers practically every day and we rarely have a problem. We have found that cooperation among all parties results in a smooth process. We do all that we can to make sure everything is done right and to your complete satisfaction.
